Read this agreement in prior to using JP Group services.

Agreement
The following is an agreement between JP Group and the client. By using any of JP Group's services, you have agreed to be bound by this agreement. Future versions of this agreement will supersede and replace old ones with or without notice. Specific customer contracts will be based on this agreement but will replace this agreement and deal with individual services provided to that client.

JP Group customer requirement
For the services available, you must be at least 18 years old and have proper form of payment.

Confidentiality
JP Group may hold confidential information about its clients and will not give this information to any party unless you ask to do so with written proof.

Service
JP Group's main services are included in the areas of Web Development and Network Solutions. Depending on your service option, you agree to provide sufficient necessary material for JP Group to provide the service properly. JP also reserves the right to use 3rd party solutions and may make the process transparent to the client, if necessary. JP Group may use 3rd party solutions as it sees fit to reduce technicalities for the client or JP Group.

Web Development service requires that the client provide complete data material to describe the project. During the time of development and maintenance, if required, JP Group will have full access to client's necessary servers and devices to update the web project. JP Group also has rights to use the project for presenting purposes, such as JP Group’s Portfolio.

Networking services requires that the client describe the organization structure fully for complete assessment and development of the project. Client agrees to allow JP Group to work on the site to configure and structure the appropriate devices as needed for the design that the client and JP Group agreed upon.

Technical Support is only available for active JP Group clients for Web Development and Networking. Our specialists and consultants will give their “best effort” to provide the solution over the phone.

Payment
Web Development services require the client to pay according to the customer contract. Client will have to sign a similar customer contract to show that they understand and agree to the terms provided. Failure to pay demonstrates that the client agrees for all the project contents to be the sole property of JP Group and may not use any of the project contents for any purpose whatsoever until full payment to JP Group is received.

Networking services require that client pay by hourly charges that are predetermined between JP Group and the client. You will have to sign a similar contract to show that you agree to the terms and accept the charges for the service we provided.

Discontinue Service
You may choose to discontinue your service with a written request by e-mail at support@jpgrp.com or by call/fax at (718) 358-9686. JP Group administration will contact you to verify the request and if you agree, your service will be considered cancelled from that time forward.

Web Service cancellation results in the client not being liable for the project payment and that the web project is the sole property of JP Group. You may not use the material created by JP Group for any purposes whatsoever. You may have proper rights to the project after full payment is received but no later than 180 days after the completion date, at which point the project will cease to exist.

Network Solutions cancellation results in the discontinuation of future service from JP Group. JP Group is released from all responsibility of your project from the moment of cancellation. You are still liable to the service provided by JP Group before cancellation.

Disclaimer and Warranties
JP Group is a service provider that might make recommendation to software or hardware products for the projects it works on. JP Group does not take any liabilities for any 3rd party products or damages that might be caused from these products. JP Group does not also take any responsibilities for damages caused by natural occurring events.

JP Group does not guarantee that its services will always be error-free. JP Group will not be held for any damages that might occur since JP Group is a service provider that only works to enhance client’s available tools.
