The Process:
The details for different service options are available on the browse
options link. For Networking Solutions, since a lot of it is
hardware oriented (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.), most customers
choose for the Out-House and Consultant
Service options. Although In-House
is available, it mostly involves device configuration, testing,
and network designs rather than hardware setup that needs to be
done on the site of the project.

new system analyst or consultant will get in touch with you for
further details right away.
Existing customers:
For existing customers, we give you your consultant’s contact
information so that you can reach them whenever you need to. However,
if you wish to contact JP administration or have forgotten your
consultant’s contact information, e-mail us at support@jpgrp.com
or fax us at (718) 358-9686 with your account number and JP administration
will contact you instead.
JP also provides maintenance and technical support for your network
solutions. Our customers choose the following two options available
for Network Solutions:
Out-House
This option is used to set up devices on the project site but
the specialist at the job works as a JP Group employee. If necessary,
different network topologies are made and the devices are tested
to make sure they are working properly under the design. Proper
documentation is kept in records for fast and easy maintenance
and upgrades for future.
Consultant Service
This option is used the same way as the Out-House service option
except the staff is actually working as the client’s employee.
Proper paperwork must be filled for client and staff involved
accordingly; your consultant will give you all the details. This
allows the staff to spend all their time on your project if the
project complexity requires.
