JP Group has great maintenance and technical support for all the services it provides. JP understands that for services such as web development and networking, regular maintenance and updates are required for optimal function. Furthermore, almost all of our customers want us to check up on these projects to save them time and money because we originally designed them and know the details.

Technical support is only available for JP customers. Whether it is for a home computer or a business site, JP can make sure that you are free from technical problems and get you back to work. By being a JP customer, you get your own free consultant so that if you ever have any problems in the future, you can contact your consultant directly and get your problem fixed fast.

The Process:


The details for different service options are available on the browse options link and only available to our customers. Although technical support usually is not a long-term project, In-House, Out-House, and Consultant Services are available to our customers if the need arises. We provide technical support for our customers over the phone or by sending a specialist to the site.

We give you your consultant’s contact information so that you can reach them whenever you need to. However, if you wish to contact JP administration or have lost your consultant’s information, e-mail us at support@jpgrp.com or fax us at (718) 358-9686 with your account number and JP administration will contact you instead.

Telephone Service (free of charge):
When you contact your consultant, he or she will collect details about the problem. The consultant will try to get the problem fixed over the phone by going through a systematic process that is free of charge. This service is available for 1 year from the date JP finishes the Web Development or Networking project for you.

On-Site Service:
There are cases when the problem may be too complex for solving over the phone. Your consultant will try to get the problem fixed over the phone first. However, if this fails, we can make an appointment to send a specialist to fix the problem on the site. Usually, businesses need on-site maintenance as compared to home users due the size and complexity of business projects.

By contacting your consultant, you can be sure that service is available whenever you need it.
