your web site management. In-House,
Out-House, and Consultant
Service are all applicable options to web development.
New customers:
For new customers, please contact JP by e-mail at sales@jpgrp.com
or fax at (718) 358-9686 with your contact information and your
new system analyst or consultant will get in touch with you for
further details right away.
Existing customers:
For existing customers, we give you your consultant’s contact
information so that you can reach them whenever you need to. However,
if you wish to contact JP administration or have forgotten your
consultant's contact information, e-mail us at support@jpgrp.com
or fax us at (718) 358-9686 with your account number and JP administration
will contact you instead.
When you get in touch with your consultant, he or she along with
key members of the web development team will discuss all the details
needed, such as the data for the website, to get the project going.
The team will gather the information and requirements that you
gave to start the project and give regular updates to your consultant
for you.
JP provides you with several options for your web site’s
management that are also available under web
design:
JP Controlled Web:
This option is mainly for individuals or businesses that do not
want to be technically involved. JP and the client will reach
an agreement on the pricing, timing, and size of the project along
with other terms.
On-Site Development:
If the client wishes, JP staff can work in the client’s
environment as JP employees or client’s employees using
the Consultant Service option. The terms and agreements must be
met between JP and the client accordingly for both options. This
option allows the client to be available at the project and even
work with the team.
Ad-Hoc Option:
Sometimes you might need a website or a change in the site right
away and do not have time due to deadlines. JP can help you put
it together on a short basis to get you back on track. All service
options are still available for you in this method with the right
terms of agreements between the client and JP.
